Thanks everyone... I washed out of my facility and I networked with an ATM of a facility that always takes nest people (level 5). He is going to take 3 he said and he sent a letter to his district manager here requesting me to go there. I was recommended for retention by my manager saw what he wrote in his form... I hope that helps my managers here made it seemed that the letter from the other manager is huge... Hopefully it is. I see on here NATCA should send a recommendation but I don't know if my did.
