You would get Master bed/bath for approximately $1,350 plus half utilities. If he changes from his 1-BR before 4/23 he won't incur another $500 fee associated with all new leases. If you're reporting after that date, he may still be willing to make the move, as he'll recoup the cost in one month. Gender is not an issue as long as both parties can agree upon some common sense house rules. Costco is 2.5 miles away. Big Lots and a local grocery chain store are within walking distance. Photos on website do not lie. A studio we looked at, complete with Section 8 neighbors and squeaky floors goes for $1,440 when available.

An hour is very unlikely. But they'll let you watch for a couple minutes.

Just call and setup a tour. I went to zfw and sat with the sector that does the approach for my tower for a couple hours. Most people don't mind.

Domestic trainees are now in the PIT, and ocean trainees go to ATOP class in under 6 months.
everyone gets stage 2 upstairs regardless of Area.

I’m a current trainee at ZNY. In about five weeks or so, I’ll be looking for one or two roommates to share a three bedroom house for awhile. Rent would be cheaper than any basement apartment or one bedroom apartment. Recently renovated house on the North Shore, about thirty minutes from the center.

Wait so what is this “PIT”? Just curious. I’ve heard from trainees here that have friends at ZNY arhat they’re certifying AG’s on TMU and giving them D1 or D2 pay before they even get their D-Sides!?! Seems like chaos to me.
