OJT Training Priority

When there are multiple RA trainees in the same area at a center, is there any kind of priority given to a trainee with significantly less hours than another when they're training on the same sectors on the same shift?

In conversation with other trainees, a training priority has been brought up as a rule, but
I've looked over the NATCA agreement and the 3120.4 and can't find anything relating to that.

Any insight on where to find this or tips for rectifying the training hour gap?

There is no such rule, and in any case, management has the right to assign work.

If you are consistently getting fewer hours than other trainees, say about 80% or less of the average of what the other D-side trainees are getting, then I'd ask your training team what it can do to get you up to the average. Maybe you need an adjustment to your schedule or another OJTI added to your team. If your training team is no help, talk to your rep.

Usually the person closest to checking out on that position would get priority. Unofficially.
^^ This is correct^^

Whomever is closest to checkout has traditionally been given priority.....at least at N90, but it makes sense to do that everywhere.
