Yes. And before anyone starts talking shit about me feeling entitled, I'd never expect to jump someone who's been waiting years to move up. The truth in the agency is and always has been that not everyone wants to move up, and that there are large facilities that are desperately understaffed. With the number of retirements happening all across the agency, and the higher number coming up, why would it make sense to plop me into a 6 or 7 somewhere?

Who said he wanted a 7 or 8? What would be smart is if they took experienced bodies and tried to get the staffing up at some 11s and 12s that are 30 % plus understaffed with 50% plus washout rates. I don't see many people at level 6 towers standing up and saying " send me to n90".
